Any student found to have committed, or to have attempted to commit, any of the following prohibited conduct will be subject to one or more of the Conduct Sanctions.    

Prohibited Conducts Includes But Is Not Limited To; 

Dishonesty

Disrruption

Threatening or Intimidating Behavior

Incivility, Hate Speech and Bullying

Sexual Misconduct, Harassment and Assault

Theft and Attempted Theft

Vandalism and Reckless Damage

Hazing and Malicious Pranks

Failure to Comply with University Authority

Retaliation

Trespassing

Possession/Use of Alcohol or Illicit Substances

Smoking and Tobacco Use Policy

Possession of Hazardous Items or Materials

Electronic MisconductSanctions

Illegal Behavior

Facilitating Prohibited Conduct

Judicial Misconduct
