Disciplinary Procedures

The procedures outlined are intended to aid the Dean of Students, Student Development Staff or the Honor Board in efforts to ascertain the facts of matter and to reach a just decision. Circumstances can differ greatly between cases, and the chair of the Honor Board, Dean of Students or Student Development Staff overseeing the case may need to modify the procedures in a particular case in order to reach a timely and just decision.
