Parental Notificaiton Policy

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) permits an institution of higher education to disclose to parents or legal guardians the results of disciplinary hearings and actions if the student is under the age of 21 and responsible for violating campus rules regarding the use or possession of alcohol or a controlled substance. Parents or guardians of students under the age of 21 will be notified of all violations of University drug and alcohol policies.
