Facilitating Prohibited Conduct

Facilitating or allowing policy violations refers to either actively aiding or choosing not to confront, report or otherwise intervene when a person or persons are believed or known to be or violating the Honor Code, Academic Dishonesty, other regulation, law or ordinance.

Specific Conduct Prohibited by this Section Includes but is Not Limited to:

Aiding or abetting any prohibited conduct descibed elsewhere in the code. 

Failing to report immediately any serious health or safety risk to the police, the Dean of Students’ Office or other appropriate University personnel.

Failing to report immediately any serious violation of the Honor Code or local/federal law to the police, the Dean of Students Office, Res Life Director or other appropriate University personnel.
